Our unique call back service creates a NO HOLD TIME
environment, which is a very pleasant change from the majority
of other technical support centers, where long hold times and
delays seem to have become the norm.

strive to make sure that no caller will have to wait longer than
30 minutes to receive a call back from the time their message
has been left. Most callers will receive a callback within a few
minutes, in fact 71% of our calls are returned in 5 minutes or
less!
Our total call duration target is 15 minutes – we find the
problem and resolve it while most other technical support
centers are still gathering information. By targeting the call
duration for a total time of 15 minutes, we reduce the amount of
stress on the caller with our quick and simple solutions to the
most complex problems. Of our 225,000+ resolved calls, only 9%
of them have taken longer than 15 minutes to resolve.
